Hi, I am having trouble and have no idea why. I created a new form and it and all others are disabled.  I don't know why as no changes have been made.

Also, when I try to login it says it is "autosuspended".  What did I do to cause this?
    Thanks,

    Hello Jill,

Your account was reported by our phishing detection system as suspicious of phishing activities, your forms "GBFC Client Profile" & "The Money Tree Client Profile" is the one that triggered the suspension.

Jotform implements scripts that allow us to detect real scammers, our terms are clear regarding to such type of forms. Please read the following excerpts from our Terms regarding to Termination of the service and Scams.

Termination. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service membership or suspend your access to all or part of the JotForm Service, without notice, if Company determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

Scams. You agree that you will not use JotForm or any form(s) you create using JotForm for scamming purposes to attract, lure, or illegally obtain payment of any sort from others by unjustifiable means such as posting a jotform as a money-making program on a classified ads site as an example of that. Any account reported or found doing so will be immediately suspended.

We understand this might not be the case with your for,  yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails, that show suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

Your form has fields like "Password for Credit Site" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing. Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again.

Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.

    Thank you!

Yes, of course we would not use these for phishing. Our clients voluntarily fill out these forms in order for us to procure funding for them. We have to have their usernames and passwords for the funding application. The form does not ask for payment of any type as our service is free to our clients. Is there any way around this or can I use other wording?

I understand that you would like to have your client's usernames and passwords for funding application using your form. However, I'm afraid that there is no any way around to use other alternative wording because we don't encourage JotForm users to add these fields on their form or use the form to collect these sensitive details. Doing such violation will automatically be detected by our System and make your account disabled again.

Please note that if your account got suspended again, it will be difficult for us to re-activate it in the future.

    Regards.
