    Thi sis the first form I have completed and I am generally happy with jot form. However, I am finding it difficult to change the appearance of the following:

    1. configurable list

    2. table

    I would like to change each to reflect the branding color blue and gray.

    increase the font size of the table

    increase the width of the table

    make the configurable list and table look like the rest of the form

    where are currency amounts required is it possible that when a client puts in the amount the amounts appear with as $20,000?

    have you any other suggestions re the form.

    Alos, is there a way for the next question not to show until the previous question is answered?

    Thanks for using JotForm.

    First of all, please see the image below if that is what you want to achieve for the Input table on your form:

    If yes, please inject this custom CSS below:

    .form-matrix-table {

        width: 400px;

    .form-matrix-column-headers {

        font-size: 14px;

        background-color: #3498db;

        color: #ffffff;

    Here's the guide on How to Inject Custom CSS Codes.

    To change the appearance of the Configurable list widget using the CSS codes, please inject the custom CSS inside the widget settings.

    For example:

    th.col1, th.col2, th.col3, th.col4{

        color: #ffffff;

        background-color: #3498db;

    To your other questions, I have moved it to a separate thread so that we can better assist you, you can find those in this links:
