Hyperlink to form not working

    Each time I get the hyperlink to share it states "Form Not Found"

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Our anti phishing filter automatically suspended your account because of "Hamilton All Class Reunion Las Vegas 2018" form. This form contains or asking for credit card details, which violates our terms of use.

    Please be advised that, forms like registration form, signup form, login form,.etc. that contains or asking for credit card details is not supported by JotForm.

    I would recommend deleting those fields inorder to reactivate the account.
