If it serves the platform? Because before buying a plan I am testing the free plan and it does not tell me that the form is disabled. Or is it because it is a free plan that can only be created but not published? I just buy a plan I do not want the same thing to happen to me, that I can create it but not publish, thank you.

Your account has been reactivated, and your form whitelited to prevent this from happening again. So, your form is available to be used. Let us know if you have more questions.
