Hi there,
I just got a message saying I am almost out of form views?
I have the silver account and am coming nowhere near my 10,000 form fills. I don't fully understand how I should have to upgrade if my form views are high, but my form fills are so low.
Can you help resolve this? I have been a good customer for a long time (between different jobs).

I checked your account parkbridge and I saw that your forms were viewed 71,855 times this month. Limit for Silver accounts is 100,000 form views per month.
Please note that each time your form is loaded it will be counted as 1 form view. More about form views you can find inside of this guide:

Also please note that number of submissions that you can receive and number of form views are two different things. For more details about account limits and usage, check this guide:
Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits
You can also use Form Analytics feature to check which of your forms has most views.
Considering that you are an old user, you can also have unlimited form views. If you want to have unlimited form views, you need to check JotForm Footer option on settings page of your account.

When you reach the limit, the forms will not be available. You will need to wait until the first day of the following months for the counter to reset, or enable the JotForm footer.
If you want to upgrade to plan that provides more views, we will do a prorated refund.
