As to the "Custom Field" option is it possible to pre-insert and populate it with a direct executed link and have it disabled from edits

Do you want to add a pre-populated custom link of another form in the email notification? If that is correct, probably you are looking to pass data from one form to another, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form

    Hi BDAVID,

Thanks for the fast response I think me using the word populate was a bit misleading to you

What I meant is executing a command from windows shell, more like a command line

    for instance: https://form.jotform.me/71832278224457&custom="45554-65588-54120-67787"

And then have &custom="***" fill the Identification input box (in none editable form)

    Thanks

Unfortunately, what you are looking for is not possible.
