    Not receiving email notifications.

    I have updated the email settings in my form, can you please take a look and see what might be wrong there, just tested, I didn't receive any message

    If you used the "Test Email" button, please note that it will send the notification to the email address setup in your JotForm account, not the one setup as a recipient in your notification. So you need to do a real submission in order to test the notification.

    Also, make sure to check your spam folder, and if you find the notifications there, mark them as NOT SPAM. Let us know if you need more help.

    Yes, found in the spam folder ^^ , and marked them as Not spam
