I dont receive notificacations on my phone

    I already reinstall the app and dont receive notifications.

    Could you let us know the phone model that you are using? Also, did you try reinstalling the app on your phone?

    It seems your response is not posted on the thread due to some technical issue. Here it is for reference.

    iPhone 6. I try in two phones. Yes i reinstall the app. 

    Unforutnately, I am not having an iPhone to test the app. However, let me check if any of our colleagues  with an iPhone could replicate the issue. I am not able to replicate the issue with an Android app. Meanwhile, could you also check the following article that helps in resolving the notifications issue.
