No remove uploaded file option in "Drag and Drop Upload" widget

Once I have uploaded a file, there is no way to remove it. Can you help me figure this out?

I test it on your form and I see the option tor Remove the uploaded file.

 

Please take note that the Completed upload message was only referring to the queued file for upload. The file is not yet uploaded to JotForm but instead was save within your local browser cache.

Submitting the form will upload all the queued files to JotForm.

The process is to drag and drop first all files before clicking on upload. You will have the option to remove a file while not clicking on upload yet.

I understand that, but if my users accidently upload the wrong file, how can they remove it once it has been uploaded?

This is how the Drag and Drop upload widget work. As far as I know, this widget is more suite to uploading images file since there is preview option for it.

To remove the mistakenly uploaded file, the form must be refreshed or resetted on the browser. Either by refreshing the browser or adding the Reset option of the Submit button.

Alternatively, you may want to try using the File Upload field instead. When Allow Multiple option is enabled, it still has the option to remove uploaded queued files before submission.
