My published form says "Form not found"

My forms were visable and working fine. Now, they say the form cannot be found.

I even deleted my old forms and created a new one to no avail.

I have attached a screenshot of the error.

Your account was auto suspended by our System and your forms have been disabled. As per manually checked your forms in your account, it seems there are no suspicious forms or guilty fields that are present which violates our Terms of Use. Perhaps this is just regarded as false positive.
