Automatically fill in data from last registration

We run workshops and use JotForm as our Registration form.

Often, Person A will register for Workshop 1 and then 4 weeks later, Person A will register for Workshop 2 (a different workshop).

As a convenience for Person A - is there some way that when Person A starts to fill in the JotForm for Workshop 2 (say, they fill in their mobile phone number first) - JotForm will automatically fill in selected fields from the Workshop 1 JotForm registration?

We could even use the same form for Workshop 1, then Workshop 2, etc - so that all of the data for all of the registrations are kept in the same database.

Is this something that JotForm has the ability to do - or is there a third party plugin which can help us accomplish this?

Thanks in advance for your help,

    Don

PS:  The form provided below is just an example of one of our registration forms - we can make what ever changes to the form, as needed, to accomplish our goal.

One way possible to get data from Workshop 1 form to be able to be transferred to Workshop 2 form by making use of the spreadsheet to form widget.

    https://widgets.jotform.com/app/spreadsheet_to_form

This is a newly created widget which the spreadsheet data can prepopulate fields on your form once they enter a keyword such as an ID. So the idea that I could think of here is that once you're done with your first workshop, you can get the Excel data of your submissions, trim the data and use it for your 2nd form that shall prefill the fields upon having a matching information.
