Can I add a tick box on the bottom for people to sign up to my mailchimp database?

    Hi 

     

    Just wondering if at the bottom of my form there could be a tick box for people to sign up to my mailchimp database?

    Hello Fiona, 

    I suppose what you mean is that you would like for your users to have an option if the submission that they do would give them an option to opt in for a mailing list or not. Unfortunately, there is no option for this to happen. But on the MailChimp integration, there shall be an opt-in email which they can confirm after they make the submission
