    I receive 3 notifications once a form is submitted

    when clients fill out this form, we receive completed form email three times?

    I cloned your form, and saw that there are three notification e-mails set.

    Once you remove 2 of them and leave only 1, I believe your problem would be solved.

    Hi,

    The reason why you are getting three emails when a user submits your form is because, you actually have three email notifications setup on your account. If you wish to receive one notification only, please remove the other two notifications.
