Everything was ok until I access the advanced theme designer. No matter what I change, the layout will be different. Please help.

Sorry for all the troubles, are you referring to this form? http://www.jotform.me/form/71834226027453
Just to confirm, it doesn't work with our templates? Could you provide me the steps how to replicate the issue? So that I can advise you accordingly. -

Hi,
It is this. https://form.jotform.me/71838258470464
It was fine before I go into the advanced designer. No matter which template, as soon as I access the advanced designer this will happen.

I cloned and tested your form, but I wasn't able to replicate this issue, the form was showing the same before and after entering the Advanced Designer
I didn't apply any theme or change anything in Designer.
Did you do any changes in Advanced designer after entering it?
Or did you do any additional steps so we can try to replicate this issue?
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

I checked your URL but there are two forms embedded there:
And they are overlapping.
Could you check your URL and do the necessary changes so we can test?
Thank you!

Hello jozkoh,
I did check your webpage URL whee you have embedded your form and it still shows two forms embedded where one of the form is partially overlapping on top of other. Please check the screenshot below:
How exactly you want your forms to be displayed?
Please note that for your form's to be displayed correctly in mobile devices, we recommend to embed form using its iFrame embed code. I would suggest you to please embed your form using its iFrame embed code. The following guide should help you how to embed your form using its iFrame embed code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
