I have created a form which provides dates and calculates values but when I load it to Godaddy web builder the dates and calculations no longer work?

I am operating on a free licence as this is my first website, is this something to do with the problem?

I have tested your embedded form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. After that I have inspected your webpage and I saw that you embed your form with full source code.
