How to display different static text in configurable list widget?

How can i change of each rows to have a different text because if i type in for the first row then it would just be the same throughout

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to show different static text in configurable list widget?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to to display different static text each row of in configurable list widget. I would suggest you to please take a look at our "matrix / Input Table" field and see if that fits into your requirement. Please check the screenshot below on how to add "Input Table" in form:
