    Hello, why was I redirected to you from a tractor spare part website when I asked how to create an account?

    It is possible that the tractor part website is using JotForm to create online forms. Our forms can be embedded on a web page or can be opened via the URL. Here's an example:

    JotForm is a web application where you can create custom online forms.
