How do i set pre selected fields

    I'll try my best to explain, for example i want to have a list such as lets say phones, Samsung, iPhone, LG, HTC, and i want to associate different locations when a phone is selected such as A, B, C, D, E. So if iPhone is selected i want an automated list to appear showing different locations such as lets say A, D, E or if HTC is select B, C will automatically appear and someone can select B or C.

    You can use conditional logic to show fields based on options selected or entries in the form:

    You can also hide/show multiple fields with a single condition:
