Check for unreceived messages

    I created a new form for a client's website, supersing one we had been using. The e-mail address the client provided was not recieving forms, so we revered to address used on the old form and everything works again. While the new e-mail address was linked to the form, I only recieved one submission notification on jotform, which is a low volume of expected submissions. Is it possible for you to check your logs and ensure there are no submissings between August 6 9:00pm eastern to August 7 noon eastern that were missed? Thanks!

    According to your submissions page, there were no submissions between the date and time you have stated.  You can check your submissions page by doing the following steps:

    1. Click My Forms
    2. Select the Form in the list of forms
    3. Click Submissions on the tool bar
