I've been getting feedback from some people they cannot submit their forms online- are there certain browsers that aren't compatible with jotform? I'm always able to submit on my machine on their behalf, but that takes away the whole reason we are using jotform.

Sorry to hear that. Please be informed that JotForm is a responsive platform - it works on different browser of different device (Laptop, Desktop, iPhone, iPad, Android devices, etc.).
Can we please get the specific forms in concern so we can further investigate on our end? In addition, if you have any available details from your form respondents about the situation they were into when they have the issue.
