Dropdown Options Based on User Inputs

Hi,

I have a form where a user can enter in names into text fields.  Later in the form, I want to be able to use the inputs from the users as dropdown options.  For example, user provides the names John Smith, Joe Anderson, and Jane Doe, into separate name text boxes.  Later in the form, the user could select one of the three names from a dropdown list.  

Is this possible?  Thank you!!!

No it is not possible to populate a dropdown list dynamically.

However, if the options of the dropdown do not change, it is possible to achieve it with conditions.
