I need help with an email notification

    This is absolutely ridiculous. I have sent multiple requests for help, yet I do not hear anything back nor do I see my question on the forum page. We pay for this account and I am very frustrated that I am not receiving a response in order to resolve my issue. I am wasting valuable time trying to fix a problem that could possibly be a glitch. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CONTACT JOTFORM???
