Seems our clients never get a final visual that the form has been submitted. We do receive an email that they have submitted a form. What the client thinks is that the reservation never happened so we are getting tons of phone calls. Please give some guidance.
Here is one of many forms on the site. Also take a look at the pic as you can see the submit button just keeps thinkin..

The reason why your forms, specifically this one, do not work as intended is because they are having conflicts with other scripts on your site.
To rectify this issue, kindly re-embed your form using the iFrame embed option. Let us know if you're still having problems after following this suggestion.
