We have form submissions that are not being forwarded to the email we have setup.

We get some of the submissions, so I know it is working, but it will fail to forward the form at other times.  We are missing on average two submissions a week.

I checked your account email history and did not see and issues with emails.  Here is how to view your account history:

Check your spam/junkmail folder to ensure they are not being filtered there.
