YouTube widget displaying JotForm's video instead of my video

for some reason anytime someone visits my form you are seeing the generic jotform video (through the youtube widget) instead of the video that i have put in. It show up fine in the editor, but from several testers it is still just the jotform video on the public facing side. 

I have checked your JotForm and see that the JotForm video is being displayed on the form at my end.

I see the same issue when the form is cloned to my account. However, when I change the URL it has updated automatically on the form as well. It seems that the YouTube widget is displaying the JotForm video due to cache. I have removed the YouTube widget from your form and added it again with your video URL. The form is now displaying the updated video.
