How can I view the previously encrypted submissions now that I disabled form encryption?

Asked by Dusti on July 05, 2017 at 03:27 PM

We initially had the encrypt form turned on and were having issues viewing and accessing.  So we had a few submissions with the form encrypted, since then we turned off encryption and would still like to view the previous forms.  It does not ask us to upload out encryption key any longer.  How can we view the early forms that were submitted when encryption was turned on.

    Thank you

Please note that you will be prompted for the decryption key only when the encryption mode is enabled, so what I suggest is:

    1. Disabling the form, to avoid the encryption of any future submissions while you're doing this.

    2. Temporarily enabling back the form encryption, just to get the decryption prompt again.

Once you decrypt the submissions you have in mind, you can then disable encryption and re-enable the form again.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
