Forms won't submit

Clients are saying that when they enter there info it SAYS its wrong and won't let them submit

I cloned your form to test it and was able to submit the form without issue.  What information are they entering to produce the error?  Let us know what you can and once we can reproduce the issue we can figure out why it is occurring.
