Billing problem

    Hi I am subscribing to Jotform Premium and I just checked my Paypal account and Jotform has been charcing me both the prices of Premium and Professional for several months. My account shows that I am on Premium and all the restrictions are according to that. How can I get my money back?


    Little bit of advetising here:  This is what we are working on at the moment. Jotform has been a great help!

    You are much right, it seems your subscribed on Feb 4  to Premium and then on Feb 28 you subscribed to Professional and have been charged twice a month on the 4s and the 28s of each month.

    A refund can be only processed within the first 30 days of a payment charge. Let me forward your request to 2nd level, and see what else they can do.
