We are still experiencing issues where the form embedded on our Wix site does not always display a Thank You page after submissions. It appears blank, so our customers do not know if their order has been received or not. We had JotForm Support recreate the issue but there was no resolution to the problem.

As I cloned the form to my account, I am also able to replicate the issue displaying a blank Thank you message. However, when I tried to add a line break to the Thank you message it displayed correctly. I have also added a line break to the thank you message on your form. Could you test the form on your web page and see if the Thank you page is displaying normally? Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
