I can't access the visual report builder when adding a new report

    When I try to add a new report and click the visual report builder it comes up with an error.

    I have tried generating a visual report for one of my forms and it seems to be working fine at my end. As I check your account, I see that there are no forms in your account. Are you trying to generate a report from a different/shared account? If so, please provide us with the form ID that you are experiencing the issue so that we can assist you further.
