    How can we apply for the non-profit discount

    Please, do note that there is a limit on the number of active forms an account can have, since your account was created before the limit was applied, you were grandfathered so your forms were still active. However, if you need to create more forms you will need to disable/archive some of your forms until you reach less than 25 forms (the limit for bronze accounts). 

    If you would require to create more forms and still keep your forms active, then you will need to upgrade to the next plan, you could check the limits on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing 

    Please, do note that if you decide to upgrade, you will be credited with the un-used time of your current subscription.

    Our organization is a non-profit 501(c)(3).

    According to what was answered, to continue using your service, we would need to upgrade to the next package.

    The next package is $39/mo. We payed for a year in advance and somehow got cut off (grandfathered) in from the previous pricing you had.

     

    What do we need to do to convert our account to the non-profit status and receive the discount?

    The discount will actually put us back at the price we are currently paying anyway after we "upgrade".

    The form limit only applies to active forms.  If you archive or disable a form, it will no longer count towards the limit.  There is no need to delete forms.

    Here is how to apply for the discount:

    1. Make sure you are logged into your Jotform account

     2. Then, fill out and send this form along with your organization info (site URLand PDF docs) to verify non-profit status.

     Give us up to 24 hrs to process the request. Upon  approval, you should get an email like this:

     

     

     

     IMPORTANT: When you get the "Congratulations" email with the approval, before clicking in the "Upgrade" button, make sure you have opened a fresh session at Jotform site with your account
