When I fill out the form, the confirm email does not work properly. I attached to views of the issue. I want to use the same address as the address used to place the order, but when I type another email address it accepts, even though I have the rules set to have it match the email address used to placed the order.
Also, even though I have confirm email address )required), when you refresh the page the asterisk goes away

I just checked your form, and it did not let me put a different email address:
Is there any specific browser you are using? Please let us know, so we will try it, and see if the issue reproduces.
