Excel Report: How to get product section separated in different cells?

1. How do I export my tshirt orders? I attempted but the format did not give me something easy to calculate different color, design and size options.

I have looked at both, but continue to get my order data in a single cell which makes it hard to count, sort, order, etc….I would like each field to download as a separate column. Thank you for your help.
