    How to add a coupone to the form / Coupons feature request

    Hello,

     

    I have noticed that users cannot add coupons to the payment forms, will it be possible to have this "must have" feature please? JotForm will then have the same power as an eCommerce :-)

     

    Also, is there a way to send an email that looks like an invoice to a user when a purchase has been completed?

    We would need to have the original price features in that email(only of successful transactions of course)

    Yes, we hope to implement the coupons feature at some point in the future. The feature request ticket is already created, and I will try to up it.

    You can style a form Autoresponder to send confirmation email (invoice) to your customers. However, please note that you can not manipulate with each "Purchased Item" and "Total" data. For example, you can not place Total besides of Purchased Items.

    Thank you for the reply,

     

    Freshbook seems ok but I do not know if they can actually send automatically a receipt for the sale to the customer and also include the V.A.T on the sale receipt.

     

    I know that Kashflow has to be manually activated in order for the sale receipt to go, I believe Fresh book will be the same.

     

    The problem is that we will get a lot of sales and having the staff sending all the invoices is not a great way forward for us.

    You are welcome.

    It is possible to configure Freshbooks integration to send email messages automatically. You will have to set Status to Send by Email.

    I think that the invoice price will be the same as the price on your form. I am not sure about V.A.T.
