Some volunteers filling out my form report that they cannot check the box indicating agreement even though they have clicked the last line of text. Any tips for avoiding problems there?

We are sorry for the inconveniences caused.
When I checked your form the 'Must Read all the Text' option was disabled.
I have enabled and then disabled it back to refresh the widget. It seems that the issue is fixed, I am not able to reproduce it anymore.
