Hi, when i receive the email notification/order it only includes the drop down field information and not the title/heading it is relating to so I am not sure what the order refers to. Is there any way of including these. I have looked into the form settings page but this newer version of JotForm doesnt include the 'show headers and text' option, thanks

Hi,

By default, the headers and text are not included in the notification emails. You'll be able to add only the fields from the form to the notifications. However, the email composer is a full editor that allows to you to insert graphics, create tables, insert text, etc. The headers or text on your JotForm can be copied and pasted here in the email content.
