Where/how can I "remove integration" from a google sheet?

    Hi there,

    When I have been editing a google sheet I am not able to "remove integration" that use to be a feature you guys had. Where did that feature go? If it is gone what is the alternative to remove an integration from a google sheet? Let me know if you need additional info.

    What is the form you have integrated to Google Spreadsheets? Please follow this example to remove the integration:
