I keep receiving the following message, but never receiving the email that my data is available. "Your request have been recieved. We will send you an email when your data is ready for download."Page URL:

I have also sent a request to download all the uploads for the form from my end. I see that the same message is displayed for me. Could you let us know when did you try to download the uploaded files for the first time to estimate the time?
I have also tried sending a request to two different forms in my account for checking. I have not received the email yet. I think there must be a long queue. Anyway, let me wait for some time to see if I can receive the email with download link. Otherwise, we'll see what best we can do in this regard.
I am not sure if it works for you since the uploaded files are about 2GB in your account, but you may try exporting the complete data from the Data section in your account settings. Please see the guide below:

Thank you for being patient. I have also not received the email yet for the request made yesterday. However, we have already notified our backend team with this issue and they should be looking into it. Once we have any news in this regard, we'll update you here.

We have received that the issue has been fixed now. As I check on my test form, I am able to receive the email and download the files without any issue. Please try downloading the files again and let us know if you notice any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
