Have Contact Form Fit Mobile Device

Hello,

My contact form looks great on desktop, however, it looks bad on a mobile device. Can you help me code the form so that it fits each mobile device?

Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

The form itself does look to be responsive on mobile, this will ensure there is nothing in the page causing the form to be sized differently on mobile.
