Can the form pull existing user data into new event forms etc?

Can the form pull existing user data into new event forms etc. Like a race how do I sign up John doe for a race in June July August using his same data?

Unfortunate it is not possible to achieve your requirement. Please note that it is not possible to populate form fields with data from any external source or previous submission data.

You may like to take a look at our API offerings which will help you fetch submission data but you will have to do custom programming to achieve this. You may like to take a look at our API documents which should help you:  http://api.jotform.com/docs/
