I have checked your JotForm and see that there are no submissions available. However, I notice that there are two incomplete submissions. Could you check if the payment received from your JotForm form to confirm? As I tried to submit the form, it is redirected to PayPal without any issue at my end.
Also, please go through the FAQs of incomplete PayPal submissions to check the IPN status in the IPN settings page.
