How to include Text Fields on the PDF submission and emails?

Asked by BCCapital on July 06, 2017 at 03:01 PM

When I print or download my form all of the information doesn't show up. I have a disclaimer above the signature line that I need on the form. Is there anything I can do to make it show when I download it?

You're most likely referring to the Text Field. If you wish to include them on your PDF Submission, just tick the SHOW HEADERS AND TEXT checkbox on the GEAR icon.

On the other hand, if you're talking about the email template for your Notifications, the Text Fields won't be included there since Text Fields are not Input Fields. You'd have to manually copy your disclaimer then paste it to your email template.
