Not able to submit form with please wait only message

If you try to submit our application, it just says "PLEASE WAIT" 

I was able to reproduce the issue when I test submitted your form on your WP website page.

It look like the issue has to do with the oembed script used. When submitting using only the direct URL of the form, the issue did not happen.

I suggest you try first re-embedding the form on your website using its iframe embed embed code.

User guide: Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

Make sure you clean/remove first the old embed code before adding back using the iframe publish code.
