Unable to add custom sender email

    I followed all of the steps here to add a custom email address as the sender: https://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert . However neither of the email address that I verified come up as options to choose from as the sender for the email notification. How can I get this to work?

    Could you please try to add it one more time? Once the email is added with the verification code, it should be added to the sender list.

    I have just tried that option and I was not able to reproduce the issue. My custom Google based email address was properly added.
