Jotform Won't Submit...Submit button says "Please wait..." after pressed.
Please help! It seems to have worked fine up until June 22nd. We made minor changes in text after that. First complaint came on June 29th that the form wasn't working on mobile, so we referred them to use a computer. That didn't work either, and when I went and tested the form I had the same problem. Please help!

I made a test submission using your form but I could not reproduce the issue at this time. The form submitted successfully and I was able to see the Thank You page.
Can you please try also updating the embed code of your form on your website.
I suggest you used its iframe publish code instead.
Let us know if issue persist.

Hi there! This issue has come up again. For some reason I was able to submit after your test. However, today a client complained that they couldn't submit, and upon checking, I was unable to submit. The form was last edited on July 14th. I'm wondering if somehow your accessing the form is resetting it so that it works, but when we make edits, there's some hangup?

I have cleared your form caches just in case this is somehow related to the issue you kindly described. Could you please check again and see if the problem persists?
