Why won't my pages save even when I save them

Although I hit the save button at the end of the page, my file vanishes

I think you are referring to the Save and Continue Later feature applied on your forms. I have reviewed them and noticed that the first form is redirecting to a second one, but the session is empty.

However, I can see you have included the link in the email notification and it has the correct parameter: https://form.jotform.com/70732815653155?session=kevin@jotform.com 

I would suggest you to check the parameters you are sending via the custom thank you page, if at least the session is filled then the data should be saved.
