Limit table to single choice

I am trying to build an enrollment form where employees need to choose one level of coverage from one of several plans. I see the option to require at least one choice, but nowhere to limit them to a single choice. Is this possible?

Did you mean you want to limit the user to select only one option from each column on the Input Table? Currently, only the required options from the Input table properties below are available.

How about interchanging the rows and columns in the Input table on your form?
