Having issues adding a form to a Facebook Group

I'm attempting to publish a form to a Facebook group page (I am an admin)>
I keep getting the error message:

You must have permission to add apps to at least one Facebook Page to perform the requested action.

 

Any ideas?

 

I'm afraid there's a confusion between a Facebook Group and a Facebook Page. The form can only be embedded on a Facebook Page and not on a Facebook Group.

And that's the reason why you're getting a prompt that you need to have permission to add apps on at least one Facebook Page.
