what does it means and how can i change it?

Generally, the email addresses are added to the bounce list when the emails sent are failing repeatedly due to any reason. When the email address is on the bounce list, the email notifications will not be sent. I have now removed your email address from the bounce list and you should be able to receive the emails without any issue.
