    Checklist widget: Changed in "Hide unchecked option" not being saved

    When I try to update the option "Hide unchecked option" but it is not saved.

    When I change this option in the widget setting and click the button "Update widget". When I open the setting it's saved.Great!

    After that I close the form constructor and visit it again. Open the widget settings and see that the new option value is not saved!

    I'v tried to do it in the different browsers - safari, chrome.

    I checked on my end and I was not able to replicate the problem, the changes made on the widget and on the form are being saved successfully. Below is a screencast on my end:  

     

    We also haven't received similar reports of this problem from other users, it's most likely something isolated on your end. 

    Have you checked if you are still logged in when doing changes? It's possible that you might have been logged out automatically. Or if you are using a plugin like an ad-blocker or an anti-virus, it might be blocking some of our resources. Another possible factor is that you are having a connectivity issue which is causing the changes you are making to not properly be saved. 

    Could you try using private browsing or incognito mode and see if you are still experiencing this issues?

    I've checked all options.

    - Adblocker is switched off

    - there is no problem with connectivity

    - we don't use private mode.

     

    I repeat again. 

    1. I check the option Hide unchecked items

    2. Update widget

    3. Open widget again. Everything ok, the option is checked.

    4. Close the form

    5. Open the form again. The option is unchecked.

    I use safari browser.

    I have tested a form with the Checklist widget only and I was able to replicate the issue, I will forward it to our second level so our developers can further investigate it, we  will let you know as soon as we receive any update about it.
